All orders will be shipped in 4-7 days regular ground via USPS, UPS or Fedex unless specified. Overseas orders may vary.
Shipping and Handing Charges
Shipping and handling charges may vary according to the size of the order. Usually the will be no additional charge when shipping order of one to six prints. At receiving your order, we will e-mail you a confirmation with details of the order and the total charge including shipping and handling. We are still in the process of modifying our website, discounts many not reflect on the total charge on line. But we will email you a final bill showing the corrected purchase total.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. All charges must be made in U. S. Dollars. Orders paid by check will be withheld until check is cleared. For other types of payment, please call, write or e-mail us.
Price Change and Product Availability
We go to great length to make sure that information, including prices, is accurate. From time to time, a typographic error, or price change by artists may cause incorrect information to be displayed. We hope you will understand that we reserve the right to correct mistakes and modify data without notice We will do our best to keep you informed on any changes, including price.
Prices are subject to change without notice on all products sold by artshowrooms.com, particularly on Limited Edition prints. Please call us to verify prices.
Most products are in stock and will be shipped in the time frame specified above.
Shipment may be delayed if the purchase item(s) are out of stock. We will notify you if such case arises. Discontinued items will not be shipped, and your payment will be refunded.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction on all artshowrooms.com products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund. You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the items. No credit will be issued if we are not notified within the 2 days notification period. Arrangements must be made with customer service at artshowrooms.com before return of package(s). Return without approval will not be accepted at artshowrooms.com.
Please e-mail us at help@artshowrooms.com for approval and instruction on sending your purchase back. You need to return it in the original condition and packaging to receive an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling are not refundable. All returned items would be charge a restocking fee of 15% of the sales price. There will also be a reshipping fee for replacement.
Damage and Defective Items
Our product control crew will personally inspect each item to be shipped. If you receive a damage or defective item, we will promptly replace it with another one of the same item, or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. All products are shipped insured, so you must return the damaged item in the original shipping container for us to make the claim with the shipping company. You will not be charged with any additional shipping or handling fee for replacement shipment.
You must notify us within 2 days of receiving any problem orders. Arrangements must be made with our customer service department before return is made. Your invoice number of the shipment is required, please have it ready when you are making the claim. We will not accept or credit any return that is not authorized. |
